It’s a challenging time to be a teen, and it’s a challenging time to be parenting a teen. It’s time for us as parents to up-level our spiritual preparation, as well as our parenting skills and tools!

No matter what choices your family and teens are making right now…your home can be a place of refuge for them.

You are a woman of faith, and you are trying your best to create a home that is a sanctuary for your family.

But not everyone in your home has that same vision. In fact, it seems like some of them are actively working against what you’re trying to accomplish!

It seemed simpler when the kids were young. It was exhausting, yes, but at least you had some control. You could teach them and protect them. You could make all the rules and keep them spiritually safe.

But as they get older, things are getting more complicated.

They insist on making their own choices, and it feels like the stakes are higher now. You know your role in your children’s lives is crucial, but they don’t want to listen to you.

It’s hard to know when to push, and when to back off and let them make mistakes. Your most important relationships feel strained, and you worry that you’re messing it all up.

I want you to know that it is possible to create a home that is a sanctuary of faith.
